Grant Funding

As a company we work with our clients to understand what their needs for growth are and identify funding opportunities to help them.  Sometimes we find them straight away other times it is a long process, but by working with funding partners and our clients we normally find whats appropriate.
We discuss the proposed project with the funding body and its eligibility, after checking with our clients they are happy for us to do so.  We will complete the expression of interest forms, advising our clients on outputs, costs and delivery.  If we are successfully invited to second stage, we work with our clients to complete the full application, secure tenders and develop forecast figures while at the same time liaising with the funding body lead to ensure we respond to feedback.

Who we work with

Two projects we led on we first secured funding to deliver the project. In both situations we were asked by our clients to write the funding applications, then tender for the project management role which we won and to run the project. The funding for each project was secured from two different funding pots, the first Rural Growth Fund and the second the Discover England Fund. 
Its not just our own delivery projects that we source funding for, in the past we have successfully obtained revenue funding for culture and arts projects, local campaign projects and to develop an app to sell the services of a design agency. Big capital projects include the developments of a large tourism attraction on a farm and accommodation from the rural growth programme, the extension of a restaurant through leader funding and a new product development via growth programme money.  
We work with a number of partners which allow us to become part of their offer to clients to add value to their proposition.
